Responsibilities

• Manage LPMA’s branding and public relations.
• Oversee social media content and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate publicity for events, initiatives, and opportunities.

• Ensure that all communications are accurate, professional, and consistent with LPMA’s identity.
• Coordinate with committees and university teams to promote their activities.

• The ability to maintain a professional and consistent public image for LPMA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual action plan for their committee.
• Guide and support the development of university-level committee plans.
• Lead national projects, campaigns, and initiatives within their committee’s scope.
• Supervise and mentor Committee Representatives across participating universities.
• Encourage innovation, brainstorming, and collaboration between universities.
• Coordinate with other Committee Heads when initiatives involve multiple pillars.
• Monitor the progress and quality of committee initiatives.
• Submit formal updates, reports, and evaluations to the Executive Board.
• Ensure that committee activities remain aligned with LPMA’s mission and strategic objectives.

Eligibility

• Demonstrate strong motivation and a clear vision for their selected committee.
• Have relevant experience, knowledge, or a strong interest in the committee’s field.
• Demonstrate leadership, initiative, creativity, and project-management skills.
• Be capable of coordinating and mentoring representatives from multiple universities.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with individuals from different disciplines.
• Demonstrate reliability and the ability to follow up consistently.
• Propose at least one realistic national initiative related to their selected committee.

• Recruit and onboard new members.
• Coordinate local meetings, activities, and communications.
• Oversee and support all Committee Representatives within the university.
• Encourage effective collaboration across the five committees.
• Facilitate communication between university members and the Executive Board.
• Support the local implementation of national initiatives.
• Collaborate with other University Coordinators on joint initiatives.
• Promote member engagement, development, and retention.
• Ensure that local activities remain aligned with LPMA’s mission and policies.

• Be currently enrolled at the university they seek to represent.
• Demonstrate leadership, initiative, reliability, and strong communication skills.
• Be capable of recruiting, motivating, and coordinating students from different disciplines.
• Be willing to communicate regularly with the Executive Board and other universities.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Propose ideas for strengthening LPMA’s presence and activities within their university.

Previous leadership experience is preferred for this position.

• Be willing to communicate regularly and contribute ideas for strengthening LPMA’s local presence.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of their committee’s annual plan.
• Participate in planning and implementing initiatives within their assigned committee.
• Collaborate with representatives from the same and other universities.
• Attend committee meetings and complete assigned responsibilities.
• Promote the objectives of their assigned committee within their university.
• Report committee-related progress and activities to the relevant Committee Head.
• Coordinate with the University Coordinator regarding local implementation, participation, and communication.
• Support the evaluation and documentation of completed initiatives.

• Demonstrate genuine interest in their selected committee and its objectives.
• Show motivation, initiative, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
• Be prepared to contribute actively to meetings, planning, and implementation.
• Demonstrate reliability and commitment to assigned responsibilities.
• Be able to collaborate responsibly with the Committee Head, University Coordinator, and representatives from other universities.
• Suggest at least one potential initiative related to their selected committee.

• Support projects across committees of interest.
• Attend relevant meetings, workshops, and events.
• Contribute ideas and volunteer for suitable tasks.
• Uphold LPMA’s mission, vision, values, policies, and Code of Conduct.
• Help expand LPMA’s reach by encouraging other interested individuals to join.

• Express clear motivation to support LPMA’s mission and values.
• Show initiative and a willingness to propose ideas and contribute actively.
• Express interest in at least one of LPMA’s five strategic committees or pillars.
• Be willing to collaborate respectfully with students and professionals from different disciplines and universities.

General membership is open to university students and recent graduates from all academic disciplines. Selection will primarily consider the applicant’s motivation, initiative, and willingness to contribute rather than previous experience.
